Sailing<\/h3>\n

Whether you have your own boat or hire one, sailing enthusiasts can find ideal conditions on any of the areas four lakes M\u00f6hnesee, Hennesee, Sorpesee and Biggesee. Sailing schools, boat rentals (both not available on Biggesee) and dock rentals are available. Membership in one of the renowned yacht and sailing clubs makes it possible to enjoy a whole sailing season in club atmosphere..<\/div><\/div>

Wintersport-Arena Sauerland<\/h3>\n

It’s a fact that the Sauerland is the largest winter sports area north of the Alps and is relatively snow-sure between mid-December and mid-March. And, if it doesn’t snow? Over one hundred snow cannons are standing by to fulfil the skiers dreams. You have the choice of 57 ski resorts with 148 lifts, averaging from 500 to 843 meters above sea level. There is something for everyone here!\u00a0 Beginner slopes, slopes with rapid 40% gradient, round courses, groomed trails kilometers long. Snowboard courses, relaxed sledding with uphill lifts, plus challenging sporting events! And, let’s not forget the apr\u0117s ski bars!<\/p>\n
